The promise on the site is next day delivery nationwide from Tullamore when the order is in before the afternoon cut-off. Urgent courier cover exists for orders before noon, typically 24 to 48 hours. None of that helps if the product you need is a matched FR colour that was never on the docket.
Separate stock items from specified items
On the shelf in Axis Business Park we expect standard primers, sealers, common sheens, thinners and gun wash to move. Fire retardant, less common glosses, and matched colours are specified items. Put them on the programme when the doors are still in the CNC, not when they are already sanded.
Cut-offs we actually work to
- Trade counter collection: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00
- Urgent courier: order before 12:00
- Next day runs: confirm with sales before 15:00
Charges depend on destination, weight and whether the order rides a regular run. Details sit on distribution.
Order to the cutting list, then add a buffer
Catalysed mix does not wait. If a run is 40 doors, do not order for 38 and hope. A small buffer of the same sheen and the same colour code is cheaper than a mid-job colour match while the booth is masked up.
For waterborne, remember dedicated wash and that some pack sizes are kilos not litres. Check the water based packs before you guess a 20 litre equivalent.
Accounts and call-offs
If you are opening credit, do it before the first urgent van. The trade credit application is the paperwork; the first live job is not the moment to discover terms. Call-off accounts should still name sheen and colour every time. “The usual” is how the wrong topcoat leaves Tullamore.
If you are already short
Call sales with the product code, sheen, colour and the time you need it on the gun. We will tell you honestly whether it is next day, courier, or a mix and tint that needs a few hours. We will not invent stock.
